  • For business transfers: We may share or transfer Your personal information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of Company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of Our business to another company.

We understand that communications regarding legal matters may be sensitive. While our AI system facilitates initial contact with law firms, we are not attorneys and no attorney-client privilege is established through our services. Any privileged communications occur directly between you and the law firm you choose to consult.

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

  • Contact information: Until you request deletion or opt-out
  • Appointment data: 1 year for business records

Text / SMS Consents

If you choose to opt-in to SMS communications from Epoch Point Group LLC (operating as CaseCapture AI), you will receive text messages at the mobile number you provide. These messages will be appointment scheduling links and automated messages regarding your legal consultation requests.

You provide express written consent to receive text messages when you verbally agree during your call with our AI system. Our AI will ask: “Would you like me to text you the scheduling link? You can reply STOP anytime to opt out.”

Frequency of Messages

Message frequency varies based on your appointment scheduling needs. Typically, you will receive 1-2 messages per consultation request: an initial scheduling link and potentially one reminder.

Opt-Out and Support Options

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by texting “STOP” to any message from us. Upon receipt of your opt-out request, you will be unsubscribed and will no longer receive text messages from us. A confirmation message will be sent to confirm that you have unsubscribed. Should you wish to re-subscribe, you may text “START” to receive SMS messages again.

Wireless Carrier Rates and Services

Standard wireless message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Confidentiality

We will maintain the confidentiality of your mobile number. Your mobile number will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. However, for operational purposes, your name and mobile number may be shared with the family law firm you are seeking to consult with and with our service providers who assist in the delivery of our SMS communications.

SMS Terms and Conditions

Product Description: By providing your mobile phone number to CaseCapture AI and consenting during your call, you agree to receive SMS messages from CaseCapture AI related to legal consultation scheduling.

Consent: Your phone number and opt-in information will not be shared with third parties for marketing/promotional purposes, except as necessary to facilitate your legal consultation.

Children’s Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us.

Your Privacy Rights

California Privacy Rights

California Civil Code Section § 1798.83 permits users of the Website that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
